Refund policy

1. General Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

⚠️ Our store offers three types of products:

  • Print on Demand (POD)

  • Warehouse inventory

  • Digital products (non-returnable)

In all cases, we do not issue cash refunds. If your return is approved, you will receive a digital gift card for the full value of your purchase, valid for any product in our online store.

2. How to Request a Return

Before sending any item, please email us at hello@super-fan.club including:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (if necessary)

Our team will evaluate your request. If approved, we will send:

  • The return address of our warehouse in Miami (if applicable)

  • Clear return instructions

  • A return shipping label if applicable

⛔ We do not accept returns that have not been previously authorized via email.

3. Return Address

Once your return is approved, we will email you the appropriate return address.

👉 Important: Do not send products directly to Printify production centers or to any address not provided by our team.

4. Gift Card Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, if the item is:

  • Unused and in perfect condition

  • With original packaging and tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We will email you a digital gift card for the full purchase amount.

⚠️ We do not offer monetary refunds, whether to cards or original payment methods.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us at hello@super-fan.club within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue and your order number

If the error was ours or our supplier’s, we will send a free replacement and you won’t need to return the item.

6. Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

For logistical or hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Perishable goods or personal hygiene items

7. Right of Withdrawal – European Union

If you reside in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of delivery, without providing a reason.

The product must meet the standard return conditions: unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
